Coco Plum Beach & Tennis Club & Marina offers 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villas, each with a full kitchen and laundry room. The master bedroom has a queen bed, while the guest room includes a queen and a twin bed. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa. Each villa includes three flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, a screened patio, and a spiral staircase connecting floors. Storage on the ground level holds bikes, dive tanks, or pool toys.
Dining & Kitchen
Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Cookware, utensils, and linens are provided. The nearest restaurants include Key Colony Inn, Sparky's Landing Fish & Cocktails, and Island Tiki. No on-site restaurant is available, but grocery stores like Publix are nearby.
Pool & Activities
The heated zero-edge pool overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and is open year-round. A tennis court is available for guest use, with free racquets and balls provided. Boat docks accommodate vessels up to 45 feet, with water and electric hookups. Fishing is allowed at the dock's cleaning station. No motorized water toys are permitted on the beach.
